Education plays an important role in determining the quality of life and productive factors. However, Systematic factors like lack of teachers, non- availability of teachers in remote rural areas, high teacher absenteeism, large scale teacher vacancies, inadequate school infrastructure and adequate allocation of resources on education to meet the expenditure, irregular classes, overcrowded classrooms and traditional methods of routine learning have diminished the quality of teaching and reduced interest among the students for education and have resulted in poor performancewhich is reflected in the children's grade cards.
